◎鼻づまりが辛いときは、鼻通を７０回ほど押す
◎綿やポリエステルのような化学繊維の服を着るようにする
◎服の洗濯では柔軟剤を使用する
◎トイレマットは定期的に変える
◎たばこ・お酒は控える
◎刺激物を多く摂取しない
◎乳酸菌・食物繊維・ビタミンDを積極的に摂取する
◎チョコ・梅干し・青魚も花粉症を緩和させる
◎飲み物では、緑茶・紅茶・ウーロン茶・ルイボスティーもアレルギー反応抑制してくれる
